As life begins going back to, well, ‘normality’, we’d not blame you for looking for a relaxing weekend away at your earliest convenience. A universal problem with weekends away, simply, what to bring? After all, you’re only out for 2 to 3 nights, and if you’re travelling by car or public transport, you’d not want to be hauling numerous bags; that’s rookie error number one.

When it comes to a simple weekend getaway, we’d usually not consider how we’re looking after our skin. In reality, it’s possibly one of the times you should be caring for it the most.
Suppose you’re heading for a spa weekend; this following product is possibly not for you. However, if you’re off travelling around a big city or doing a lot of walking, perhaps you didn’t consider the effects you’ll feel on your feet. Long periods spent walking about can irritate the skin, causing cracks and blisters. Keep your skin as a magical moisturiser as possible during this time; if anything, we’d recommend applying moisturiser to the area, if not three, maybe four times per day.
Everyone wants to look their best, especially when they’re on their holidays. Keep your skin primed at all times; set aside a rejuvenating mask to pop on before that romantic meal. It’ll not only help keep the skin flawless throughout the evening, but it’s going to protect against any environmental changes depending on its ingredients.Fancy the summer glow without heading to the beach; after all three days, isn’t a whole lot of time to get that post-holiday glow when you return to the office. A simple tinted moisturiser promotes a hydrated, rejuvenated complexion to your skin. It’s also going to help you achieve that glow without harmful UV rays.

Speaking of UV rays, if you’re a frequent reader of our page, I think you’ll anticipate what’s next. That’s right, SPF. It doesn’t matter if you’re heading to a beach, mountain or a city escape; you’ll likely be spending a lot of time outside. If you’re going to help give your skin its best chance, you’ll want to keep it youthful and prevent harmful UV radiation from penetrating the skin throughout your trip.

We know it’s a convenience, but at all costs, avoid bringing baby wipes as a form of make-up remover. It’s not great for the skin; never mind its impacts on the environment. We’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for something simple to pop into your weekend bag to pop your favorite cleansing water into a travel bottle, available at most pharmacies.
